How do I open a Trade Account with FIELD OFFICE?

Complete and submit our TRADE APPLICATION. We’ll let you know within 48 hours of receipt that a Trade Account has been opened for you.

Do you allow retail customers to purchase your products?

Yes we do allow the public to purchase the majority of our products at retail pricing.

What does COM or COL mean? 

COM stands for Customer’s Own Material and COL stands for Customer’s Own Leather. Our upholstered furniture pieces are available COM or COL, which allows our clients to select and provide a textile of their choosing.  The fabric requirements for each item are indicated in the description.

How can I receive wallpaper and textile sample memos?

Due to limited quantities, Marthe Armitage samples memos are $10 each.

All other samples memos are limited to a quantity of ten at no charge. If you require more than ten memo samples, we require a $10 charge for each sample.

Wallpaper is printed to ordered and is custom colorization is an option.

Sample memos are the extra cuttings from customer orders. Availability of specific colors and patterns are limited.

Wallpaper sample memos are mainly to show paper and print quality.

Sales Tax

Sales tax must be charged for retail purchases shipping within the State of Texas. Retail purchases shipped outside the State of Texas and Trade purchases will not be charged sales tax.

We are open Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm and weekends by appointment.
